Terms of Service

Welcome to Crea8orz International. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of all services provided by Crea8orz International, registered in Abia State, Nigeria, with contact information: crea8orz@gmail.com, Aforule, Aba, Abia State.

By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Crea8orz International offers digital solutions including, but not limited to:

  • Website Development
  • Application Design
  • Project Management
  • Branding & Identity
  • AI-Powered Application Development
  • Content Writing & Scripting

2. Payment Terms

  • 50% upfront payment required before project begins.
  • Remaining 50% due upon project completion or agreed milestones.
  • No refunds after payment.
  • Late payment incurs a 20% fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Client must provide all necessary materials (content, branding assets, etc.).
  • Client must agree to and adhere to project timelines.
  • Effective and timely communication is expected throughout the project.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Client owns the final deliverables unless the project is a SaaS product.
  • Crea8orz may showcase work in portfolio based on client’s approval.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client projects and offer NDAs upon request. All private information will be handled with care.

6. Revisions & Timeline

  • Revisions and project timelines will be outlined in the proposal or scope document.
  • Delays or excessive change requests from the client may incur additional charges or change delivery dates.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crea8orz International shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement in writing at any time.
  • No refunds will be provided upon termination.
  • All unfinished work remains the property of Crea8orz International unless fully paid for.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be resolved through arbitration. If necessary, it may escalate to mediation and finally to court. All proceedings will be governed by the laws of Nigeria.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes.
